1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing or through the designated booking system.

2. Payment Policy: A deposit/full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment methods and deadlines will be outlined upon confirmation.

9. A deposit will be payable to secure your booking.

10. The full amount of the booking must be payed no later than 10 days before your date of arrival.

11. Check-in time is from 10:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.

12. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.

13. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

14. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

15. Complimentary safe deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions for use are available in rooms.

16. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.

 

1. Check-in = after 10:00, Check-out = 12:00
2. Indemnity form must be signed.
3. Please adhere to all rules and regulations as set out.
4. Accommodation must be payed in full to confirm reservation.
5.A refundable breakage fee of R500,00 will be payable on arrival.
Hunter will be held accountable for total cost of animal if
animal is wounded or not found with traces of blood.
6. When not in field all fire-arms must be made safe and stored
in the designated safe.

8. No hunting without a guide will be permitted.
All additional cost must be seen to before you leave the
premises of the farm.
9. Swerwers Spruit can not be held liable for any injury, loss or
damages that may occur during your stay.
